How to:
FIGHT SOCIAL MEDIA FATIGUE
Artists get told to post constantly, so most end up doing one of two things: burning out trying to keep up, or going quiet for weeks and then guilt-posting an apology. Neither builds anything. The pressure to be everywhere, every day, is the problem — not your discipline.
You don't need to be on every platform. Pick the one or two you can actually sustain and let the rest go. From there, stop creating under daily pressure: batch your content. Shoot several posts in one session when you've got the energy, then schedule them out so a normal Tuesday doesn't come with a content quota attached. Take one idea and repurpose it across formats rather than starting from a blank screen every time.
Lower the bar for what counts as good enough — consistency beats polish, and documenting what you're already doing always outperforms trying to produce a mini-film. Then protect yourself: set fixed times to check and post instead of living in the app, and if you need a break, queue a few posts first so you can step away without going completely silent. Being visible and being online constantly are not the same thing.
