PREPARATION

  • Submit the short questionnaire HERE to include all data and bio

  • Browse PINTEREST design inspo to advise your aesthetics and style preferences

  • Google doc of your bio text (3 versions: one liner, short and full version)*

  • Google folder or drop box of your press pics (hi res images and/or logos)*

NOT INCLUDED

  • For us to create new digital videos or multimedia editing. This only uses your existing resources

  • Training call to use Canva & Beacons platforms for self-updates. This can be purchased as addition at £15 for a 20 minute session

* It’s important to have these resources in an EPK for a brand, promoter or press so they can use the info asap

Promo pack folder
Make sure to have a link to the "Promo Folder". That includes all the logo assets, images and videos that promoters and bookers can access easily to make artwork.
Don't forget to make sure the folder is set to public access
